A: Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces, and samples will take 3-5 days. Mass production requires 1-2 weeks for orders exceeding one container.
Q2: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with a high production capacity and product range of solar energy products in China.
Q:3: How to choose the system power supply?
A: We can design this system for you. Usually 15W-40W LED lights use 12V system, and 50-150W LED lights use 24V system.
Q4: How about your warranty?
A: We guarantee a 3-5 year warranty period to our customers. During the warranty period, if there is a quality problem, we will replace the new system free of charge.
Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long will it take to arrive?
A: The samples are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air and sea are also optional.
Q6:How do you ensure the quality?
A: Quality is the most important part for us.
In order to control quality better, We have professional QC. All our products pass 4 times inspection by QC before delivery. The first time for raw material, second for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function.
Q7:When i paid,how can i know the process of production?
A:We will take some production photos for your reference, including raw materials, accessories, the whole lamp, packaging, transportation...You can also video call to understand the production process

A: First, you first let us know your purchase requirements and needs to apply. Second, we will make a quotation according to your requirements or our suggestions.
